AS HIGH AS A KITE

... and here is your correspondent, as high as a kite on that cable car that crosses the Thames from the Greenwich peninsula.  The thing that struck me was that, for all the security-guard regeneration with its signature architecture that's going on in the area, much of the Thames is still a work zone, with aggregate yards and haulage bases.  Highly recommended.
